1. Cause of the problem: The power cord and the grounding wire are connected incorrectly. This problem is generally due to the operation fault of the device and the explosion-proof motor. The treatment method is to connect it from the beginning.

2. The second reason for the problem is that the winding is damp and the insulation is aging. This kind of problem is mainly that the damp and aging parts of the explosion-proof motor are not replaced during production, operation and maintenance. Only the winding can be dried due to damp. If the insulation aging demand requires replacement of insulation.

3. Cause 3: Lead grounding. This kind of problem is generally caused by errors in production, operation and maintenance. When dealing with the problem, bandage or replace the lead to remove burrs and sharp corners around the lead. Lead jacket maintenance tube (such as glass fiber tube or rubber maintenance ring added at the presentation of the motor)

4. Cause 4: The coil end touches the end cover or the machine base. If it is such a problem, it may be a problem in planning or production. The corresponding treatment strategy is to wrap the winding and paint at the grounding place first, then pad the end cover or the machine base with insulation, coat the front and outside of the pad with dipping varnish, and then dry to integrate the insulation with the end cover or the machine base.
